MQ-5半導體 可燃氣體傳感器

• MQ-5氣體傳感器所使用的氣敏材料是在清潔空氣中電導率較低的二氧化錫(SnO₂)。當傳感器所處環(huán)境中存在可燃氣體時，傳感器的電導率隨空氣中可燃氣體濃度的增加而增大。使用簡單的電路即可將電導率的變化轉(zhuǎn)換為與該氣體濃度相對應(yīng)的輸出信號。

     MQ-5氣體傳感器對丁烷、丙烷、甲烷的靈敏度高，對甲烷和丙烷可較好的兼顧。這種傳感器可檢測多種可燃性氣體，特別是天然氣，是一款適合多種應(yīng)用的低成本傳感器。

Sensitive material of MQ-5 gas sensor is SnO2, which with lower conductivity in clean air. When the target combustible gas exist, The sensor’s conductivity is more higher along with the gas concentration rising. Please use simple electrocircuit, Convert change of conductivity to correspond output signal of gas concentration.
MQ-5 gas sensor has high sensitity to Methane, Propane and Butane, and could be used to detect both Methane and Propane. The sensor could be used to detect different combustible gas especially Methane, it is with low cost and suitable for different application.
