ADR44x系列是XFET®系列基準(zhǔn)電壓源，具有超低噪聲、高精度和低溫度漂移性能。由于采用ADI公司的溫度漂移曲線校正和XFET（外加離子注入場效應(yīng)管）專利技術(shù)，ADR44x電壓隨溫度變化非線性度得以大大降低。

XFET基準(zhǔn)電壓源的噪聲性能優(yōu)于嵌入式齊納基準(zhǔn)電壓源，且所需的電源電壓裕量較小(0.5 V)。這些特性相結(jié)合，使ADR44x系列非常適合高端數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)、光學(xué)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和醫(yī)療應(yīng)用中的精密信號轉(zhuǎn)換。

ADR44x系列的源電流輸出最高達(dá)10 mA，最大吸電流能力為−5 mA。它還具有調(diào)整引腳，可以在0.5%范圍內(nèi)調(diào)整輸出電壓，而性能則不受影響。

ADR44x系列分為兩種電氣等級，提供8引腳MSOP和窄體SOIC兩種封裝。所有型號產(chǎn)品的額定溫度范圍均為−40°C至+125°C擴(kuò)展工業(yè)溫度范圍。
