AD7792/AD7793均為適合高精度測量應(yīng)用的低功耗、低噪聲、完整模擬前端，內(nèi)置一個低噪聲16位/24位Σ-Δ型ADC，其中含有3個差分模擬輸入，還集成了片內(nèi)低噪聲儀表放大器，因而可直接輸入小信號。當(dāng)增益設(shè)置為64、更新速率為4.17 Hz時，均方根（RMS）噪聲為40 nV。

兩款器件均內(nèi)置一個精密低噪聲、低漂移內(nèi)部帶隙基準(zhǔn)電壓源，而且也可采用一個外部差分基準(zhǔn)電壓。其它片內(nèi)特性包括可編程激勵電流源、熔斷電流控制和偏置電壓產(chǎn)生器。利用偏置電壓產(chǎn)生器可將某一通道的共模電壓設(shè)置為AV_DD/2。

AD7792/AD7793可以采用內(nèi)部時鐘或外部時鐘工作，輸出數(shù)據(jù)速率可通過軟件編程設(shè)置，可在4.17 Hz至470 Hz的范圍內(nèi)變化。

AD7792/AD7793采用2.7 V至5.25 V電源供電，典型功耗為400 µA，采用16引腳TSSOP封裝。
