AD5725 是一款四通道、12位、并行輸入、電壓輸出的數(shù)字模擬轉(zhuǎn)換器,能夠保證單調(diào)性,提供±0.5 LSB的最大積分非線性和10 μs的最大建立時(shí)間。
輸出電壓擺幅由兩個(gè)參考輸入VREFP和VREFN設(shè)置。當(dāng)VREFN輸入設(shè)置為0V且VREFP設(shè)置為正電壓時(shí),DAC可提供單極性正輸出范圍。采用類似的配置,即VREFP設(shè)置為0 V且VREFN為負(fù)電壓時(shí),DAC可提供單極性負(fù)輸出范圍。雙極性輸出通過VREFP和VREFN均與非零電壓相連來配置。這種設(shè)置輸出電壓范圍的方法不依賴于溫度系數(shù)不同的內(nèi)部與外部電阻,因此優(yōu)于雙極性偏移方法。
數(shù)字控制允許用戶從任何DAC加載或回讀數(shù)據(jù),加載任何DAC,并一次將數(shù)據(jù)傳輸至所有DAC。
