MAX4581L, MAX4582L, MAX4583L 低電壓、CMOS模擬多路復(fù)用器/開關(guān)

 

 

MAX4581L/MAX4582L/MAX4583L為低電壓、CMOS模擬IC，分別配置為8通道多路復(fù)用器(MAX4581L)、兩組4通道多路復(fù)用器(MAX4582L)和三組單刀/雙擲(SPDT)開關(guān)(MAX4583L)。

 

此類CMOS器件工作于+2V至+12V單電源。每個(gè)開關(guān)都能處理滿擺幅模擬信號(hào)。+25°C時(shí)泄漏電流僅為2nA。

 

所有數(shù)字輸入具有0.8V至2.0V的邏輯門限，保證在+12V電源供電時(shí)兼容于TTL/CMOS邏輯電平。
